Judges Panel for 2012
The Miss Cherokee Rose Scholarship Program is proud to announce our Judges Panel for the 2012 Miss Cherokee Rose and Miss Cherokee Rose Outstanding Teen Pageant.
Currently an official with the Miss Connecticut Scholarship Pageant, JOHN SNOW is in his third decade of pageant involvement and has been an emcee, producer, performer, choreographer, and consultant. After receiving his BFA in theatre/performance from Boston University, John lived in New York City and was an actor and singer before becoming a ballroom dancer and a United States Ballroom Dance Champion. He continues to enjoy being a director, choreographer, and performer with many local and regional theatre organizations. His love of food and cooking sent him to Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts. He is now a Caterer, Event Planner, and Cooking Teacher and, in February, will begin production on COOKING 101, a weekly cooking show on local access cable television in Springfield, Massachusetts.
KRISTIE GREENE LEE is a native of Anderson, South Carolina, and is Miss South Carolina 1994. Since competing in Miss America and fulfilling her year of service, she used her scholarship money to complete a degree in Secondary English Education from Clemson University and has taught in South Carolina public and private schools for 15 years. Kristie has been a favorite emcee for the Miss SC Pageant in recent years, and she most enjoys standing in front if a large audience and hearing them laugh, which explains her stated career ambition at the Miss America Pageant "to become a stand up comedian." For now, she makes learning fun for her 7th grade students at Sneed Middle School, and is a rising star on YouTube as "Miss Krispy Kreme." Kristie is married to John Lee, has a 5 year old daughter, Anna-Davis, and resides in Florence, SC, near beautiful Myrtle Beach.
JARED HEMBREE has been involved with the Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization for the past 5 years as the Co-Director of this Miss Duncan-Lyman-Wellford and Miss Greater Lyman Pageant. He and his Co-Director were named the 2009 Miss South Carolina Local Executive Directors of the Year. His interest in pageants began in high school where he enjoyed working with the Miss Byrnes High and Byrnes High Class Beauty Pageants. A 2006 graduate of
Ashley Huff Rawcliffe
A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Masters in Middle Grades Education, BLAIR INABINET is currently pursuing her Specialist degree in Teaching and Learning. Blair is a former Teacher of the Year in Walton County , GA and is this year’s Georgia Middle School Science Teacher of the Year. Blair has been involved in pageants for more than 20 years as a contestant, judge, and volunteer. As a three-time Miss Georgia contestant, Blair was a preliminary winner, top 10 finalist, and 2nd runner up. She now enjoys volunteering with area franchises as well as judging preliminaries in the Miss America Organization, such as Miss Spirit of Georgia and Miss Teen Georgia Southern University. A native of McRae, Blair now resides in Monroe , GA where she is an active volunteer with Relay for Life, United Way , and First Baptist Church Loganville. In her free time, Blair loves spending time with her husband Bill, son Will, and daughter Riley.
ASHLEY RAWCLIFFE is a native to Georgia and attended McEachern High School. She then traveled west and attended college at The University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she majored in Communications. No stranger to pageants, she was blessed to win the title of Miss Nevada 2001 and competed for Miss America, a dream come true. She was also crowned Miss Nevada USA 2003 and competed for the title of Miss USA. She is currently married and has three beautiful boys who keep her busy, especially the new two month old. She owns her own mobile airbrush company and enjoys working out, watching American Idol and spending time with her family. Her biggest accomplishment to date is surviving staying home with her children while her husband served in the military as a helicopter pilot in Iraq for two different terms.
